1.Do you have package holidays including flights?

No we don’t have package holidays, however we have the facilities within our sites for you to create your tailor made holiday, from accommodation to flights to car hire to cruises or even yacht charters or helicopter rides

It is advisable to take out holiday insurance if booking any holiday, just in case you can't make it. Please Ask your bank or insurance broker for details or click here for an online quote or try this Insurance provider, 1 Cover.

2.Do the emails go direct to the Hotel?

No, we are a booking service and contract rooms from the Hotels enabling us to offer discounted rates.

Please DO NOT approach the individual hotels and expect them to honour the prices we publish on this site. They will not. And you will embarrass both them and yourself, as these prices are not set by the hotels.

3.How do I make a reservation?

Go to our booking request form, fill in all the information requested and check carefully to put the correct email. If you don’t get a reply within 12 hours send a reminder. Once we receive your form we will send you a quote for the accommodation with details of how to complete the booking. See also No. 11

4. I don't have a credit card, can I still make a reservation through your web site?

Yes, you can still make a booking provided there is at least 10 days before your arrival. Just send us a booking request form and let us know in the comments section that you don't have a credit card. We will then send you alternative methods of payment.

5.What happens if the Hotel I requested in fully booked?

We will send you an email, offering you alternative accommodation or for your credit card details to be destroyed with NO charge made to it.

6.Can I cancel my reservation after it is confirmed?  

Yes you can cancel up to 31 days before you arrive, however you will lose your initial 10% deposit. If less than 30 days your will loose 30 -100% of your money.

7.Can you quote Prices in our local currency?

All prices are in Cyprus Pounds. Your credit card will be charged in Cyprus Pounds and converted by the bank at the daily rate at the time of clearing. A currency converter is available on our site for an approximate calculation.

8.Are There any additional costs to the price displayed on your web page?

No additional costs are added. Once we receive a booking form our reservations department will send you the total price for your request.

9. If a Hotel does not have a web page can we still request it ?

Yes, send us an email with the name of the hotel and the dates you wish to travel including the number of persons. Then if we have this hotel available we will send you a quote. Otherwise we will send you information for an alternative hotel of similar standard and location.

10. Is it possible to check in earlier that 12 pm?

Some hotels will allow you to check in earlier if your room is ready, normally the earliest is 10am but this can never be guaranteed. If you arrive early hours of the morning you would need to pay for an extra night to be able to check in. Check Out Time also 12 pm.  Note: Times may vary with some hotels.

11. How long does it take to get an answer to my request?

Once we receive an email or a booking form requesting a quotation, it can take from 15 minutes up to 12 hours to receive a reply depending on the time of your request. Other enquiries are answered as soon as possible in the order they are received.

After receiving our quote and booking details you will be requested to send a payment form. Once you have sent a payment form we will request the hotel and let you know as soon as its confirmed. This can take a few working days according to the speed of the Hotel/Apartments reservations department.

If you have a problem or complaint, please inform us here with full details, and we will investigate and sort it out immediately.

12.Can you contact (message) my friends/family staying at a Hotel on your site?

We are unable to contact anyone staying at the Hotels. If they have booked using our website we can advise you on how to reach them in the case of an emergency.

13.Can I call you to receive a quote over the phone?

Our phone lines in the Hotels Department are extremely busy, we prefer to keep them free for our clients that may need us when in Cyprus. We don't provide quotes over the phone as we prefer to receive and send all the details clearly in writing to avoid any mistakes or confusion.
