	Ambrosia Restaurant is an elegant dining room overlooking the hotel's marina. Features a multi-choice Table d'hote menu with local and international cuisine and memorable theme evenings, which is included in the terms of stay of guests on half or full board terms. 	La Rotisserie The southern side of our elegant Ambrosia Restaurant, is discreetly separated and forms "La Rotisserie", a high standard restaurant intended to satisfy our selective "gourmet" guests. Overlooking the endless beach of our hotel, "La Rotisserie" offers an exclusive A La Carte selection of fine local and international cuisine. "Amathus" well known hospitality and personal care, have already rendered "La Rotisserie" a very special place.

	Limanaki Fish Tavern Situated in the heart of our marina, just yards from the sea shore. The most romantic setting for an intimate evening under the starlit sky. The decor, the ambiance and the picturesque view of the sea side promenade offer a glimpse of the fisherman's life. This is the place to enjoy the finest of the day's catch

Kalypso Garden Restaurant The sumptuous Kalypso breakfast buffet includes an impressive selection of home-baked breads, oven-fresh croissants and pastries, a selection of fresh and stewed fruit, freshly-squeezed juices, cereals, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie, and, at the Chef's Corner, eggs, bacon, sausages a wide variety of hot dishes. The day continues with a magnificent buffet luncheon - a dazzling display of mouth-wattering appetizers, salads and other specialities and a wide selection of sweets and home made patisserie. The extensive A La Carte menu includes salads and snacks, great burgers, imaginative sandwitches, pizzas, grills, a special low calorie menu. A special A La Carte dinner menu with light meals and snacks is available nightly, when Kalypso Garden Restaurant is open for dinner.
	Kalypso Terrace Restaurant Situated in the unique surroundings of our Terrace, between our two swimming pools. Our Executive Chef and his brigade create only the best gastronomic theme night buffets.

	Dionysos Bar The hotel's main bar, located adjacent to the Ambrosia Restaurant with an excellent view over the pool and the sea. A thoroughly pleasant, warm environment for early evening drinks in an intimate atmosphere.

	Helios Beach Bar Dedicated to beach lovers where all drinks, freshly squeezed juices and snacks are served. During the summer, our beach waitresses will take your orders and deliver your drinks to your sun-bed
